Cecile Murias

Cecile Murias is a seasoned Production Executive who has built and scaled production teams at Tastemade, Uninterrupted and most recently Conde Nast Entertainment. She is currently consulting at The Story Lab.

At Conde Nast Entertainment, Cecile served as the Senior Vice President of Global Physical Production under Agnes Chu. She oversaw 10 markets across the globe. Her team consisted of multi-platform editorial video, branded sponsored content, social, podcasts and film/TV across over 20 iconic brands at Conde including, but not limited to Vogue, GQ, Wired and Bon Appetit.

At Uninterrupted, Cecile served as Senior Director of Production on The Shop: UNINTERRUPTED on HBO Sports, which won a 2021 Sports Emmy for outstanding edited sports series. Her work at the company also includes 40 Days: Canelo vs Kovalev on DAZN, Elite Youth on Fox Sports, The Harder Way on ESPN, Naomi Osaka on Netflix and Neymar: The Perfect Chaos on Netflix. Additionally, she oversaw the production teams for branded content, social content, events and podcasts including the featured branded content series Kneading Dough sponsored by JPMorgan Chase.

Prior to joining Uninterrupted, Cecile was Head of Production for Tastemade, where she built and oversaw the production teams supporting branded content, original series, events, shows for Facebook Watch, Audience Network and KCET and served as a producer on its first feature-length documentary, “Funke,” which was nominated for a James Beard Award. She was part of the team that launched the brand’s first 24-hour linear channel on Youtube TV and helped launch Tastemade’s international studios in Argentina, Brazil, France and the UK.

Cecile is a three-time Emmy winner who began her career as a freelance senior producer and line producer working with networks including Showtime Sports, NBC Universal, Telemundo, Viacom, BET Networks, Univision, Oxygen and Food Network. Originally from Miami, she holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications.
